Samdhana Institute is facilitating the Menoken Anim Ha Community in Merauke and JendraNath Community in Bali to participate in PARARA Festival 2021 on December 12th, 2021, with hybrid method or offline and online via zoom. 

The Talk Show Bevak Parara from Merauke will present Sago the prima donna of Merauke’s local food, creative menu of tubers and bananas, demo on sago food processing, with resources persons from Local Food Practitioners, Lecturer form UNMUS Agriculture Dept. and Department of Food Security and Department of Agriculture & Plantation.  Will also performing Folk Music with Marind tribe nuances, and Yospan Dance.

The Jalajah Bali with JendraNath Community will introduce 15 traditional/local food of Bali (guided by Emmy and Pak Wahan from JendraNath), also the food products using food ingredients from JendraNath (presented by Ibu Tantri from Ratu Restaurant, Kak Piki and Wulan from Geranath and Mai Melali, Kak Nadya from Imo Kitchen), will also perform Panjali Dance and Farming Dance by Sanggar Nadewa Bali, with explanation from Bli Gunadi Putra.

Samdhana Institute memfasilitasi Komunitas Menoken Anim Ha di Merauke dan Komunitas JendraNath di Bali untuk berpartisipasi dalam Festival PARARA 2021 pada tanggal 12 Desember 2021, secara hybrid atau offline dan online via zoom. 

Dalam Talk Show Bevak Parara dari Merauke akan ditampilkan Sagu primadona pangan lokal Merauke, menu kreatif dari umbi-umbian dan pisang, demo olahan sagu, dengan narasumber: Pelaku Pangan Lokal, Dosen Pertanian UNMUS & Dinas Ketahanan Pangan & Dinas Pertanian Bidang Perkebunan.  Ditampilkan pula Musik Rakyat bernuansa suku Marind serta Tari Yospan.

Di acara Jelajah Bali Bersama Komunitas JendraNath akan diperkenalkan 15 makanan khas Bali dari Utara ke Selatan (dipandu oleh Emmy dan Pak Wayan dari JendraNath), ditampilkan pula hasil olahan produk yang menggunakan bahan makanan dari JendraNath (akan disampaikan oleh Ibu Tantri/Ratu Restaurant, Kak Piki dan Wulan/Geranath dan Mai Melali, Kak Nadya/Dapur Imo), juga akan dipersembahkan Tari Panjali dan Tari Tani dari Sanggar Nadewa Bali yang akan dijelaskan oleh Bli Gunadi Putra.
