The CARE Project is an acronym derived from the words Capacity – also pertaining to capabilities, abilities, or skills; Accountable or liable; Respected/respectful; and Educated. It aims to connect IPLC women and youth leaders to improve their adaptive capacity to address the socio-ecological crisis due to climate change and the Covid-19 pandemic.

It also aims to connect young “INDI-GENIUS” Leaders to build a new generation that is independent and resilient. This is an era where young leaders get their time to perform with confidence to make a change. Many good practices related to climate change have been carried out in the communities, and will continue to be carried out. The project will identify and develop smart practices on adaptation and for resilience-building. It is necessary to increase and strengthen champions so they can realize their dreams of building a more independent generation of Indonesia.
