Overall purpose:

Provide accurate, timely, and fully documented processing of payments (checks, electronic transfers, cash advances, salary disbursements) in line with Samdhana financial policies, donor requirements, and Indonesian regulatory standards. Maintain a complete, well-organized audit trail in both digital and hardcopy formats.
